CNC Operator / Setup Technician – Laser / Press Brake / Waterjet (1st Shift)

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $22/Hour +

We are seeking an experienced CNC fabrication professional with strong setup and programming experience in laser cutting, waterjet, and/or press brake equipment. This is not an entry-level operator role. We need someone who can independently set up machines, make program adjustments, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high-quality part output. What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC laser, waterjet, and/or press brake machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Make program adjustments, offsets, and machine corrections as needed
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
• Maintain quality standards and efficient workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Strong CNC fabrication experience (laser, press brake, waterjet, or similar)
• Proven setup experience (not just machine operation)
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Ability to work independently in a production environment

Preferred Experience

• CNC programming or editing experience (laser or press brake preferred)
• Experience with multiple CNC fabrication machines
• Sheet metal, machining, or job shop background
• Experience troubleshooting CNC production equipment
