Location: Wichita, KS or Kansas City, KS

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: Flexible based on experience

We are hiring an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Service Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support our Precision Construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in operations, service coordination, or equipment support. We are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

You do not need extensive industry experience—we are willing to train the right person with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.


What You’ll Do

  • Open and close service work orders
  • Assist with invoicing and billing
  • Support warranty claim processing and tracking
  • Maintain service records, reports, and department documentation
  • Coordinate scheduling for field service support
  • Track employee timecards, safety training, and licensing records
  • Assist with parts ordering and warranty returns
  • Support inventory audits and equipment record tracking
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, and rental vehicles
  • Answer phones and assist customers with service-related questions

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and technology
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed


Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Administrative, office support, or customer service experience
  • Construction, equipment, trucking, diesel, or service industry exposure
  • Experience with invoicing, scheduling, or work orders
  • Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
