Branch Manager – Equipment / Construction Operations
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $65,000–$75,000/year + Performance-Based Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations for a busy branch location in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction, equipment, or industrial operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance operational, administrative, and customer-facing responsibilities.
The Branch Manager will work closely with sales, shop, and yard personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Support sales activities and assist with customer interactions as needed
- Partner with shop and yard teams to maintain efficient branch operations
- Monitor branch processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Support administrative functions, reporting, and branch performance initiatives
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and customers
Work Environment
- Fully onsite position
- Majority of time spent managing branch operations and administrative processes
- Frequent interaction with customers, sales staff, shop personnel, and yard employees
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Construction, equipment, or industrial experience REQUIRED
- Equipment rental industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Comfortable balancing office, operational, and customer-facing responsibilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively with experienced and knowledgeable team members
