Overview of the Client Services/Account Manager
Manage 401(k) retirement plans, having daily contact with HR and company owners, as well as participants for all plan questions, changes, etc. Work in Excel daily. On the job training will be provided!
Duties of the Client Services/Account Manager
- Daily management of client's 401(k) plan
- Oversee all account administration including compliance and guidelines
- Prepare quarterly and annual reporting items
- Act as point of contact for all needs related to 401k
- Communicate with Department of Labor and the IRS for regulatory purposes
Requirements of the Client Services/Account Manager
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, Finance or HR preferred
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or administrative support of an HR team
- Good with numbers
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel skills being very important
- Ability to work well independently & in a team-environment
Pay & Schedule of the Client Services/Account Manager
- $50K
- Discretionary profit share bonus
- M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour for lunch
- 37.50 hours/week
