Insurance Service Representative Overview

This position will be a licensed CSR servicing incoming calls from policyholders with billing inquiries, payments & renewal questions, assisting with new client onboarding, and all other policy servicing questions. Will also assist with overflow calls supporting the sales agents by providing quotes, and scheduling follow up calls for agents. There are no sales duties in this role!

*** This is a contract role, with possibility for hire based on performance, business' needs, etc. ***

This position will be in Omaha, NE and work 100% onsite initially, then offered hybrid scheduling. This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship!

Qualifications for the Insurance Service Representative

• Active Commercial Lines Property & Casualty License. (Personal Lines Property & Casualty License will be considered as well)
• Our client may be open to paying for licensing
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the insurance field.
• Problem solving and professional communication is a must

Education for the Insurance Service Representative

• Associate degree or higher
• Individuals without a degree may considered dependent on experience.

Schedule & Compensation for the Insurance Service Representative

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hybrid after training
• $25 - $28/hr., DOE
