Precision Sales Coordinator

We are hiring a Precision Sales Coordinator to support a fast-paced sales team within the construction equipment and technology industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly organized environment, enjoys keeping multiple moving pieces on track, and takes pride in delivering excellent internal and external customer support. You’ll play a key role in coordinating equipment, supporting sales operations, managing documentation, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day workflow across the team.This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization working with advanced construction technology, machine control systems, and precision equipment solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate equipment for customer demos, rentals, and sales
  • Track equipment movement between branch locations
  • Support sales operations with quotes, contracts, invoices, and related documentation
  • Assist with stocking orders and Attachment Change Orders (ACOs)
  • Partner with accounting to help close sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Track customer subscriptions, renewals, and account activity
  • Maintain organized records, reporting, and communication across departments
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Assist with customer events, team events, and other special projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, administration, operations, or equipment rental
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Preferred Experience

  • Construction, heavy equipment, or equipment rental industry experience
  • Familiarity with precision technology or machine control solutions
  • Experience with platforms or equipment such as John Deere, Topcon, Trimble, or similar technologies

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
