Lead a Maintenance Team That Directly Impacts Production Performance


We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to take ownership of a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a leadership role focused on equipment reliability, downtime reduction, and driving strong day-to-day execution on the floor.

You’ll be the person who ensures the plant runs smoothly—solving problems, developing your team, and working closely with production to keep uptime high and delays low.This is a strong fit for a maintenance leader who enjoys being close to the equipment, building accountability within a team, and improving systems that directly impact production results.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians
  • Oversee daily and weekly maintenance execution to support production goals
  • Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
  • Track downtime, reliability trends, and maintenance performance metrics
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve plant performance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, and environmental standards
  • Enforce safety standards including LOTO, hot work, and confined space procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime and reliability
  • Oversee maintenance labor planning, overtime, contractors, and budgets
  • Support capital projects, equipment installations, and start-ups


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
  • Solid understanding of preventive and reliability-based maintenance practices
  • Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
  • Experience in food, CPG, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing preferred
